No accounts, no tracking. Data exists only while a session is in use.
Only what you type into a session: the session title, story titles and descriptions, participant display names, and each participant’s votes. We do not ask for or store emails, passwords or any account details.
Immediately when the CSV report is downloaded: the session, its stories, votes and participants are permanently deleted. Automatically after 24 hours without activity: an hourly cleanup removes every session that has had no votes or changes for 24 hours, so deletion happens within about 25 hours of the last activity at the latest.
A random ID that keeps you in your session after a reload, and your light/dark theme choice. These live in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies, and are removed when you log out of a session.
No data is sold or shared. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. Request IP addresses are used only for rate limiting and are not stored with session data.
